Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

General Guidelines for Authors

Authors are invited to submit original research papers, review articles, conceptual papers, and case studies related to communication and management and allied disciplines. Manuscripts must adhere to the following guidelines before submission. The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Case Studies
  • Conceptual Papers
  • Short Communications / Brief Reports
  1. Submission Process
  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal submission portal.
  • The submission must include:
    • The main manuscript (in MS Word format)
    • A cover letter briefly describing the work's originality and relevance to the journal's scope
    • A declaration of authorship and conflict of interest statement
  1. Originality and Ethics
  • Only original and unpublished works will be considered.
  • Submissions must not be under review elsewhere.
  • All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism (using standard software); similarity should not exceed 10–15%.
  • Ethical approval must be declared where applicable (for studies involving humans or institutions).
  1. Manuscript Format
  • Manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, and A4 page size with 1-inch margins.
  • The length should generally be 3,000–7,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
  • The file should include the following sections:
    1. Title Page – Title, Author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), email(s), and corresponding author details.
    2. Abstract – 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, findings, and implications.
    3. Keywords – 4–6 relevant keywords.
    4. Introduction – Context, purpose, and research problem.
    5. Literature Review / Theoretical Framework
    6. Methodology
    7. Results / Discussion
    8. Conclusion and Implications
    9. References – in APA 7th edition style.
  1. Tables, Figures, and Images
  • All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and clearly titled.
  • Figures should be of high resolution (300 dpi minimum).
  • Permission must be obtained for reproducing copyrighted material.
  1. Review and Publication
  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Authors may be asked to revise manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments.
  • Acceptance is based on originality, clarity, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field.
  • Once accepted, papers are published open access with no publication charges.
  1. Copyright and Licensing
  • Authors retain copyright and grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish the article.
  • Articles are published under an open-access model, freely available for reading and citation.
