Authorship Policy

JCM follows internationally accepted authorship standards. Authors must have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, analysis, or interpretation of the research; participated in drafting or revising the manuscript; approved the final version; and agreed to be accountable for the work. Gift, honorary, and ghost authorship are not permitted. Any changes in authorship after submission require the consent of all authors and approval from the Editor.  The journal may also issue an Expression of Concern when serious questions arise regarding the integrity or reliability of a published article and an investigation is ongoing.

All listed authors must satisfy the journal's authorship criteria. Individuals who contributed to the work but do not meet authorship requirements should be acknowledged appropriately. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all eligible contributors are included as authors and that no inappropriate authorship practices occur.
