Peer Review Policy
Journal of Communication and Management (JCM) follows a double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by review by independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, significance, methodology, clarity, ethical compliance, and contribution to knowledge. Editorial decisions may include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.
