Research Misconduct, Complaints & Appeals, Data Availability and AI Policy

Research Misconduct Policy: JCM does not tolerate plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, citation manipulation, duplicate publication, or peer-review manipulation. Allegations of misconduct will be investigated by the editorial team in accordance with accepted publication ethics standards. Appropriate actions may include manuscript rejection, correction, retraction, or notification to relevant institutions.

 

Complaints and Appeals Policy: Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a written request to the Editor-in-Chief. Complaints regarding editorial processes, publication ethics, or reviewer conduct will be reviewed fairly and confidentially. The journal aims to acknowledge complaints within seven working days and resolve them as promptly as possible.

 

Data Availability Policy: Authors are encouraged to make research data available where appropriate and indicate how data may be accessed. Any restrictions on data availability should be clearly stated within the manuscript.
